I'm very happy with it. It can be used with 110 or 240 Volts AC. Convenient and portable. A real traveller's gadget.
They were very prompt at processing the return. Asked for info on how to get the right one - haven't heard anything. Ordered the power adapter advertised for our Sony radio/cd/cassette player. Didn't fit.
my only chance at an original replacement and unlike an universal charger dont have to worry about someone changing settings great fast service.
This adapter was noisy on am stations when used with the sony radio.Found a generic at Radio Shack , however, that worked just fine and was quiet for about the same price.
It does tend to have a little more static interference than just using it on battery power, but not all the time and not enough to make it annoying. Product does everything it says.
